“Rooms need to be updated. Paint is old . Checking is at 3 pm i got there at 3:47 pm and room was not ready and was asked to wait 10 mins. However, if i stay 1 hour pass check out time it would be a huge deal for them and will try to charge me extra. They gave a key card to a person that came in and just gave them a room #. Staft never asked the person for their i.d or name. So that tells that anyone can come in ask for your room number and take your stuff.”

“Serviço péssimo, cheguei à noite, e me deram um quarto sujo, cheio de lixo, sem limpar, notou-se que outra pessoa tinha se hospedado recentemente, o chuveiro urinou e nem que foi limpo, muito sujo, ao solicitar o revisão da sala Eles só fizeram fila para dizer, desculpe, e nem se preocuparam em limpar, em tempos de Covid, um lugar como este é uma péssima opção. No restaurante o cozinheiro é muito mal encarado. Não é uma opção pernoitar. Infelizmente, era a única opção que eu tinha para a hora de chegada. No dia seguinte, mudei de lugar.”
