“First time in Rome on a Solo Trip:
1. Hotel - price was great! Located on the outskirts of Rome but getting a taxi or Uber was easy and not expensive to go into downtown. Just know it is expensive if you are coming from Fiumicino Airport 50 or 60 euros.
The hotel was clean, my room was a great size, and breakfast was your typical continental (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, fruits, etc) but filling.
2. Receptionists - they were all amazing and were so helpful during a frustrating time for me!
A. The airline lost my luggage so I was at the airport longer than expected. I checked in at like 12am to the hotel and Alessio assisted me in getting food ordered from their local app and small necessities.
B. The next morning I could not get in contact with the airlines and the manager Federico and Davide both assisted me in contacting the airline and going through the Italian line because no one was answering the English line.
They made it easier for me to relax at the hotel and it was truly appreciated!”

“En el lado positivo, la atención de los empleados es buena. Las habitaciones estan nuevas y limpias. Buena cama y ducha.En elneutro, es un hotel bastante básico. Si vas buscando lujos te equivocas totalmente. Nada de amenities o minibar en la habitación. Esto es así, no se puede dar comopunto negativo algo que es claramente una caracteristica de la cadena de hoteles. Una piedra es una piedra y una piña una piña...En el negativo, lo más importante es que el hotel esta en el quinto infierno de cualquier lugar. Lo que te ahorres en hotel te lo gastas en taxis si no tienes coche. Segundo, el desayuno es penoso, y para edto no es excusa la categoría del hotel. Hay 3 cosas para desayunar ysiempre faltan 2 porque se acaban y no las reponen. Las calidades de los productos son justitas y se nota. El servicio de cenas del hotel es también pobre, dado que el hotel esta en medio de la nada es probable que te toque usarlo. Pocas opciones, poca comida y precios altos. Además, al menos en mi caso, solo habia una persona atendiendo que hacia lo que podía pero estaba desbordada. Total, 45 minutos esperando unos espaguetis que no lo merecian.”
