“Terrible experience at this resort. I booked a $11,000 suite for my family during Christmas week. 2 days before check-in, I get an email saying, "Sorry, there was a mistake. We overbooked and your reservation is cancelled." Imagine the panic, as family were flying in from all over the country for this week. Then, the next day, "oh! there were some cancellations and we can actually fit you in after all."
Unbelievably stressful experience.
Then the $11k suite had a strong mold/mildew smell for the entire stay. Gross! And there was a "boiler" problem, so there was no hot water for 2 full days, including the advertised outdoor hot tub, which was COLD. I am furious thinking about how they charged full price for such a sub-par accommodation.
Finally, the last straw. I received my credit card statement a month later to find out that they charged me TWICE for this awful experience. $22,000, folks. For a room that they told me was CANCELLED.
There is really no excuse for this. I think the entire management should be fired and that customers should avoid this resort at all costs.”

“Stayed here over spring break in 2021 catching the last bit of snow. We had a nice top floor unit with 3 bedrooms. Modern classy and cosy. The location is unbeatable as it’s literally across the street from the gondola yet tucked behind the Main Street so away from the crowd. Shops and restaurants all around. Pricey.”
