“So the people who can afford this place probably don't read Google reviews. We only stayed here because of a timeshare presentation and would never pay the many hundreds of dollars per night otherwise. For the cost, the room was nothing special -- just a regular room in a decent chain with no views. Oh and the terrace you see in all the pictures (which is the reason we chose this hotel from other options) is only accessible to owners...
In fairness, having considered the response from the hotel, the service/staff was indeed professional and accommodating.”
