“One morning a staff unlocked our door and came inside the room at 8am even though we left the do not disturb sign outside (there was no lock or safety latch on the inside) while we were still sleeping and not exactly decently dressed. When we went down for breakfast 10 minutes before 10am (when breakfast ends) they also cleared all the tables and were halfway through clearing the buffet even though we haven't eaten or checked out yet.”
