“I was a bit disappointed of the cleanliness of the Room! It's considered 4 star hotel, and when you walk to the lobby it's very clean and nice. But, the minute I got to the room, It wasn't clean as I expected! the Glass Cups were literally taken from dishwasher and placed in the room without polishing them! (there was a lady working in the same floor, I asked to change them) The Carpet didn't seem was vacuumed correctly! There was a small side table in the corner.. and it was nasty! i couldn't even use for anything! I would accept these for 2-3 star hotels but not for a Westin! I don't think I would book it again”

“Estilo e aparência bastante modernos, os quartos eram decentemente limpos, mas definitivamente não eram de qualidade 4 ou 5 estrelas. Água quente era o maior problema para mim, meu quarto nunca parecia ter água quente. Até liguei para a recepção e nenhuma solução. Não ficaria novamente sem algumas alterações.”
