“The hotel was a horrible choice. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY WITH YOUR FAMILY. The two men who worked at the front desk at the ibis styles Canberra Tall Trees were quite unwelcoming and rude. Our group thought it was appalling that they were so friendly to other visitors. We found it to be discriminatory, and I really hope no one else experiences this at this hotel. We could smell odour as we passed through the hallways and the rooms were filthy. The pillows had black stains on them, and the toilets were disgusting. When we complained, they did nothing. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY.

“I really not recommend this hotel. Neighbour very noisy at late night. Can't sleep all night and nobody come to control it. I've never been hotel like this. Very worst. The important thing that we go to sleep in the hotel it's because we need to get some sleep and take a rest. It's not be like this if we couldn't sleep. We come to hotel for what? Please fix this problem and send this review for hotel manager. I don't want to be rude but you should to have more resposibility about it.”
