“Wonderful experience, all staff are so friendly & attentive. Leonardo at reception was a delight, made me feel so safe & welcome like nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is new & gorgeous, very quiet if you want to chill and relax in heaven as it’s remote. Rooms have excellent attention to detail, the style is modern & spacious. Ocean view suite with views to die for. They provide turn down service while you eat dinner - food is also great quality. The little touches that make a difference are all there, I would stay again in a heartbeat & highly recommend to friends! Thank you to all the staff for making me so welcome even though I booked 20min before arrival. Really turned a bad day into a pleasant memorable experience. I will back.”

“We were in Mexico City during the 7.1 scale earthquake in September 7, 2021, and had planned a trip to Cancun. Our hotel in Mexico City had to be evacuated and, accordingly, we had to look for a different place to stay. In the aftermath of this, we had to cancel our trip to Cancun, which was scheduled the next morning, just a few hours after a major earthquake. We contacted the hotel directly, explaining the whole situation, and they were not kind enough to accommodate our request for cancellation with no fees. Although we are fully aware of the rules set up upon the reservation, we also believe that common sense dictates that special situations require special attention. Ergo, especially in an area that can be subject to natural disasters, I strongly discourage booking your stay at SLS Hotel, since they have not demonstrated the ability to deal with this in a guest-centered way.”
