Incredibly amazing, this really made my Chicago trip that much more special- The check-in process was very simple and quick, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the state of the building was immaculate. Really high in quality and just well made. The unit itself was fantastic. The one bedroom unit was incredibly spacious, with the unit having such an incredible view… the unit also came fully decked out. There was a washing machine + drier (which saved me at the last minute), dishes and kitchenware, detergent and a sponge, and coffee packets for the coffee machine. I literally opened every drawer and found something in almost every one. The bedroom had a slightly stiff bed, but that was ideal for me. The room also just had a really calm ambiance. Waking up to the city skyline while in that calm space was an experience I’ll never forget. Whenever I’m in Chicago again, I’d definitely stay at Sentral again!

My husband and I stayed here during our recent anniversary in July and everything was amazing. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate us and left us the sweetest anniversary card and treats. The place was clean and so chic! The amenities were top tier also. The pool room is absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely be visiting again.

We stayed here for just over two months. We had an extremely pleasant stay, even though we had to leave, we liked it so much that we booked accommodation at one of their other Sentral locations for the next two months. The building looks brand new on the inside, it smells nice, the location is awesome and the amenities were the best we've had in any building we've stayed at. Hot tub, pool, large relaxing area with awesome views of Grant Park and Lake Michigan. Massive gym, pool table, ping pong, entertainment area, outside bicycles and overall just nice and modern. Our unit was on one of the corners in the back, much larger than we thought, lots of light and we could still see Lake Michigan. You are close to everything here and the staff were super nice. On top of this, I forgot my wedding ring there when we left. We called one of the managers and he very quickly helped me get it back. So grateful. It was a great stay and we miss it already! We can highly recommend staying at Sentral.

Amazing stay at Sentral Michigan Ave! The amenities are modern and beautiful. We loved using the fitness center, indoor garden with pool during our stay. Our unit was modern with some of the best views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. Very friendly staff and great location. When we travel to Chicago, we will stay at Sentral.

I like this house and the way it is arranged. Excellent and modern design of the apartment, a charming view from the window, a delightful winter garden, friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely time in Chicago. Sentral is a great location, close to the centre, metro, bus etc! Apartment was fantastic. Spacious and comfy. Swimmingpool was nice and clean! We defenitely come...

There are a few things that could be worked on. The room was not very clean. Also shower water was not very warm . Needed more towels supplied and never got any. More light provided in the bedroom...

Sentral is absolutely amazing. I stayed for six nights in a one bedroom corner unit with a mobility impaired bathroom. It was super easy to maneuver around my apartment. The views were incredible...
