“I stayed for 4 nights here last week as part of my Dubai family vacation. Pathetic house keeping and very bad food. All are oily food and gifted us stomach problems. Daily room cleaning was not performed and next day they did the cleaning up on request. Not even a single towel kept and reception lady told me to wait till next day morning when I complained. Finally got just one towel that too after multiple follow ups. Never ever expected such a bad experience from a well known brand and 4 star rated hotel. Only person I felt ok was Melvin Sunny ( reception) who tried his level best to support. Not recommending to anyone. Stay away from these guys. Not sure how they got 4 star rating. Not even eligible for single star.”

“We have stayed in this place for more than 7 days and the whole stay was so peaceful and hassle free. Super Friendly staff.. Food here is awesome though it’s Kerala style.. Near by metro station (walkable) Multiple food options nearby Cheap and good breakfast in taste of India..”
