We stayed in a very spacious studio one bed kitchen and bath. The stay was so peaceful and so beautiful. The place is extremely clean and well staffed, who are super helpful and friendly. Loved the whole experience of the stay in the city. Beautiful location too very close to monorail and to travel around the city. Loved the service. I really wish to stay here every time I get to visit the city. The staff is very understanding and reliable. I wish I could give more than 5 starts as a rating. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable experience of the city, you all made it very easy :)

Good experience with Parkroyal serviced suites in KL. We checked in with our baby, and they provided us with a cot and baby chair, which was very accommodating for families travelling. Clean and spacious rooms, bathroom was decent, had a bathtub. Pool and hot tubs were clean, and no one was using it at the time we went. just one downside, very thin walls. I could hear next door neighbour having a shower and their voices muffled when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, was a pleasant stay. I would recommend others to come here, it's quite affordable for a little bit of luxury:)

Stayed in the 2 bedroom premier! The place is quite clean and really spacious. The service is very good too as I just have to tell the receptionist that my bidet seems to be spoilt as the water is leaking and it was changed immediately. Though the things to be improved on would be on the towels provided. I think they alternate the person cleaning up the rooms. One of the days I have all the towels, floor towels, hand towels and kitchen towels. But the next day I have missing floor towels and hand towels. Other that this, I think it is good for family as the place is clean.

Location is very good. Parking available. Room is spacious. Suitable for family with kids. Convinient store (7-Eleven) just beside the establishment. Staying in a room with KL Tower view very nice. Didn't get the time to try the pools and breakfast buffet. Overall very nice room.

Incredible room sizes. Approx 600 sft suite. Very kind staff who takes great effort to make you comfortable. We found the location nice as it is connected to china town and pavilion and is walking distance to both. Clean rooms, well priced and there is a 7-11 on the property for easy access.
