Hotel maravilhoso. Decoração de excelente gosto. Limpeza impecável e de quebra, possui um restaurante peruano no térreo que não tem palavras para explicar!! Recomendo 100% para quem tem bom gosto.

Otimo hotel. Atendimento simpatico no check in, no restaurante e no manobrista. Restaurante agradavél e otima comida peruana! Ficamos somente uma noite, mas valeu a pena. A região é bacana!

Quarto muito aconchegante. Bonito limpo. O hotel possui um ótimo café da manhã. É um restaurante peruano top. Pra quem gosta vale a pena. Ótima localização perto do shopping e de vários lugares de compras e restaurante. Super recomendo 👍

2 anos atras nos hospedamos neste hotel e adoramos.... tanto é que voltamos.O que mais nos agrada é a decoração clean e funcional sem muito rococó ou peças desnecessárias. Isto vale tanto para a decoração da recepção quanto para os corredores e apartamentos.A cama é super confortável e também apreciamos a separação do banheiro em 3 módulos: chuveiro, vaso sanitário e pia... muito pratico para quem está viajando.Durante este período da pandemia todos os protocolos estão sendo seguidos!!!

É um bom hotel. Recepção e funcionários educados! O quarto é bom, com opções variadas no frigobar. A cama é confortável e os travesseiros também. O mais importante: é bem limpo! Café da manhã está longe de ser dos melhores. Não é ruim, mas pelo preço da diária poderia ter muito mais diversidade.

Novotel is a nice brand for hotels and the place is really nice, great restaurant, great selection of beers, nice lobby, and the people is really nice. I will recommend that hotel is you like to walk because is close to some attractions. And restaurant you must try the ceviche is a must

This is our first visit to Brazil, and our second time to stay at Novotel. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the parking garage. We have a car with US plates, and in other countries have been cautioned not to park on the street. This area is quite tranquil and the car would likely have been just fine, but we slept much more soundly having paid the 24R ($6 us) to have it securely in a guarded garage.It is a mere two blocks and a safe walk (even at night, even for for a gringa) to the Curitiba mall with tons of food and shopping options.When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile by Andres who spoke fluent Spanish and English, and welcomed us, providing explanations, details and answering our many questions. We dinedible in the hotel restaurant, which specializes in Peruvian food. I must say, having lived in Peru for 11 months, Peruvian food is amazing, and not easy to duplicate outside of Peru this place has better Peruvian food than several places in Peru.The room was comfortable and clean, and cute. One neat feature was the USB plug near the bed that saved us since we did not yet have the adapter to plug our US plugs into the Brazilian outlets.The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of breads and pastries which was a big win with my kids, and fruit and yogurt which delighted my husband, and sliced meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs and warm meats which brought me joy. Lots of other options which I am not going to list, but certainly no skimping.The cherry on top was Ailton taking the time to give us an impromptu Portuguese lesson, as well as sharing details about Floridanopolis, Isla Campeche, and other points along the way for us to explore. He really went above and beyond to help us have the best experience in Curitiba and beyond. On our return, several days later, Washington welcomed us, and in perfect English checked us in and helpedme to find my phone(spoiler: it was in my husband's pocket)I cannot recommend this place enough: excellent location, amazing service, genuinely welcoming people, great value.

Amazing hotel! Very clean and well maintained, it’s a new hotel, a few months old. European style, practical and well designed. Love the washroom, Brazilian nuts soap, so nice. Comfortable beds and nice mirrors. Well equipped rooms, tv, fridge, hair dryer, ac, lights, plugs, etc etc. Loved everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to shopping malls and some entertainment.
