“I have stayed in other NH hotels throughout the world. I chose this hotel because I know the quality of the facilities. But this one looks that have been overseen by the brand. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was way below the standard for an NH hotel: the sheets were sandlike, no coffee machine, empty mini bar, no dresser ¿? The occasional seat was one of the desk seats, and we didn't get full size towels. I had to dry myself with a towel a little bigger than a hand towel. What's going on, NH?”

“Horrible hotel. The rooms are small and there is almost no storage space for clothing and other stuff. The electric outlets are very poorly located and the WIFI is horribly slow. The bathroom is barebones with the shower only reaching lukewarm temperatures. When they cleaned my room they left no towels at all. I was unable to shower and called the front desk only to find out that they were out of towels. What kind of a hotel runs out of clean towels? There were no hand towels from the start either and no floormat for when you leave the shower. The restaurant was mediocre at best and the gym was like a sauna with little to no ventilation and no hydration options. Truly a disappointing experience to say the least. Don't recommend it at all. Spend your money someplace else.”
