This hotel is located right in the heart of Hamburg, within walking distance of all of Hamburg's most popular tourist attractions. The busy harbour, the St. Michaelis church and the picturesque town hall are just some of the sights easily reached from the hotel. If guests want to visit one of the famous musicals, public transport will get them quickly and easily to the 'Landungsbrücken', the opera house and the musical theatre 'Neue Flora'. The NH Collection Hamburg City hotel, completely refurbished in 2016, is located directly in the Heiligengeistfeld, opposite the Hamburger Dom and 300m from the stadium of the famous football club St. Pauli’s Millerntor. It's only a 500m walk from the Messehallen convention center.

“Room design is excellent, breakfast and staff are brilliant. Coffee machine in the room didn't work though and the shower gel dispenser in the shower ( oddly enough) was empty, hence 4 stars”

“First of all - I did not stay in the Hotel, because my company's booking department did a mistake in the booking (one month later than needed) and in such a case you really see if a hotel is good or not!
So - as said - the booking was made and already paid in full - NOT refundable!
So, when something really goes bad, you see if the business partner - in this case the hotel - was the right choice; they refunded the entire amount for the booking, although they did not have to.
