“NO SLEEP - PURE VOLUME!
Welcome to Canvas!
First of all: We are currently still in the hotel and I sent this review to the management two days before publication. No reaction. "Customer satisfaction" looks different.
Those who like to sleep around 4 a.m. will feel at home here. The club next door is terribly loud. This is not indicated on the homepage. When asked about my check-in, the only lie was "...we have music on the rooftop bar" (not a good service in the bar, by the way). Not a word about the club! After the request to be allowed to leave the hotel and only to be reimbursed for the future nights, it was only said "The booking cannot be canceled but you will be given another room." The other room is a little quieter, but the whole hotel hums until 3am. Until 4 a.m. the last party guests were still bawling in the hallway, which the hotel staff didn’t really care about. The rooms are good, but the best days are behind them.
Conculsion: Every year Dubai but never again this hotel! Worst 5 star hotel in Dubai in my last 11 years!!!”

is very nice guy and always smiling and helping
me during my stay. The Bathroom also was very clean. I will recommend to about the this hotel to my friends .
They have buffet breakfast with lots of variety in veg and Non-Veg including hot and cold beverages with awesome taste and quality, Really appreciate with fulfilling of all requirements.”
