“Um dos lendários hotéis de Jacarta e ainda servir o melhor serviço. A localização é indiscutível, no meio de Jacarta. O quarto é muito espaçoso, com banheira incluída e amenidades completas. Nos dias de semana durante a pandemia, o café da manhã é servido por encomenda. Haveria garçom nos ajudando a pedir e servir a escolha do café da manhã.A piscina está aberta.”

“When looking for a 5-star hotel in Jakarta, I usually refer to OTA websites to get some references and Mandarin Oriental will always be on the list, scoring 9 out or 10 in Agoda. So, my cousin, my friend, and I decided to stay at the hotel for two nights to find out what's made the premises so great. Well, it wasn't great. It was beyond amazing!I had learnt about the premises way long before we booked a room there so when we entered the room, I realised that instead of getting a Superior room, we got a Deluxe room which for me, design-wise, it was way better. The room was more spacious than expected, beautifully adorned with teakwood paneling and two Chinese-style paintings. Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is not a new property but the rooms have been equipped with new technology. The bed was comfortable, even though it was tad smaller than expected. The view from the room was amazing and I really liked sipping a cuppa in the afternoon while enjoying the view of HI Roundabout outside.The bathroom was not super big but the bathtub was amazing. The shower area was pretty spacious, equipped with both rain shower and handheld shower. For privacy, a screen was installed on the window by the bathtub but unfortunately, it was not totally opaque that we could still see through it. The toilet was installed in a separate room and I think this is great because, well, nobody likes to have their pampering bath moment ruined just because someone else needs to use the toilet.Our reservation did not include breakfast at Cinnamon but we had dinner at Li Feng, and it was amazing. The gym was great. The absence of whirlpool or jacuzzi was something we deplored but we really liked the pool, even though it was too deep for us (180 cm, and I am 168 cm). The sauna did not operate during our stay due to the COVID-19 safety measure.Overall, our staying experience at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta was beyond memorable. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Vivian, Ms. Drieka, and Mr. Hendra from the reception, as well as Ms. Syifa, Ms. Ais, Mr. Rizky, and Mr. Kelvin from Li Feng. Without you all, our stay wouldn't be as enjoyable and memorable. One last thing I love from Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is they let me play their piano at the lobby. Even a concierge staff told me that he liked my music, and that really made my day (I've promised to him I play a song he requested on my next visit). Thank you so much, Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. Looking forward to staying again soon!”
