“Really cute hotel with nice amenities but I will NEVER stay here again. I set the A/C to 65 degrees to sleep and woke up miserably hot each night. There is no way this room ever got below 72 … it’s snowing outside and I would have killed to open a window. The pillows are also hideous standard issue hotel deflating pillows so each morning, I woke up up sweaty and feeling like I have been in a car accident. I asked for foam pillows and was only given one that also deflated only slightly less than the awful faux down ones. Minor, but there’s no mini fridge in the room either which is a negative for me when I travel. It’s a shame because otherwise, this would have been a really nice place to stay.”

“This hotel has great potential but clearly still working out the kinks. The good - fitness center is awesome - rooftop pool has incredible views - location can’t be beat - vibe of rooftop bar is next level The bad - Bathroom near fitness center was not stocked properly - The hotel room itself was nice but had minor issues like blue tape still on the mirror - the biggest issue for me was the service. We had breakfast at the hotel the morning before checkout and when I asked them to hold our bags for us (since we left the room) they said yes but not for long. Just weird vibes. - Their restaurant was the worst of it. The day we checked in I asked to see a kids menu and it looked great. When we ate there the next day they said there was no kids menu. They also told us we didn’t have a reservation even though we did and I had to show them the email. Our waiter messed up the order, brought dishes for two ppl in our party then 5 minutes later the rest of us got severed, said they didn’t have chocolate milk even though she brought chocolate syrup for the kids pancakes and they were drinking milk. Just not the high level service you’d expect at a place like this. - $10 for a double shot of espresso not even using beans is a joke (made with a pod) - expensive parking for slc standards”
