“Wish i could give zero stars. TV didn’t work. No microwave. Fridge didn’t hold temp. AC wasn’t working, turned out to be a super dirty filter. Shower handle was broken and the shower temp was either too hot or too cold. Lights started flickering next to the bed at 4am. Power went out n i had to carry all my bags around the entire building to get to the garage and load my car up. Worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Wish i could add videos to my review.
Edit: forgot to mention its my birthday weekend also so this place really succeeded on helping me bring in 30 as UNCOMFORTABLY as possible.

“Exceptional hotel. Service was phenomenal from everyone I interacted with. The rooms were well appointed with refrigerator, robes, quality bed and linens. I was only bummed there was no tub in the bathroom. Location is great too with a mall and several restaurants nearby.”
