“We loved the hotel in general. My daughter was very happy. We did have some AC issues for a few nights and also Pool was very dirty (bugs/hairs) so we decided not to use it. Most people on staff are supportive, caring. It's mostly hit or miss with front desk staff. Some staff members can be rude. Liked the fact they had their own shuttle (rare for hotels here these days) though it's paid, I do wish it was complimentary or had multi day pass discounts. Hotel is very beautiful inside, we were given an upgrade to a suite but decided to stay in the South tower (newer room) vs a bigger space. John, Gladys, and Mariana are very helpful. I will recommend this hotel and will come back again”

“We decided to have this hotel for they have spacious rooms and well-appointed mini bar, extra-large bathroom plus a spacious bedroom. Hotel grounds are stunning with multiple courtyards and plenty of places to sit, relax and acclimatize. Breakfast at the main restaurant is delicious and lovely drinks available at the bar service at the hotel is perfect with the staff eager to help with any request. Highly recommended to everyone!”
