“The entire room was covered in dust. Every surface we touched our hands came away with dust. The sheets and blankets were not very clean. The bathroom didn't have any kind of fan/vent system so the room was humid and the windows constantly covered with moisture which diminished the beautiful view of downtown Minneapolis. While the lobby and hallways of the hotel were nice and kept up, the room was a massive disappointment considering the price of the stay. I have stayed in many hotels that were half or less than half the price that were much cleaner. On a positive note the staff were all very friendly.”

“A wonderful place to stay downtown. There was no room service available and our room did not have a microwave which was only a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, very kind and professional staff, easy parking and our room was clean. We enjoyed a beautiful view of Minneapolis from our 23rd floor room. The main lobby has a wonderful fireplace and relaxed seating. Food can be found from one of the two restaurants on site which I considered to de decent.”
