As instalações são boas, em boas condições, limpas e a cama confortável. O ruim é que não tem ar condicionado, a localização, as ruas escuras e solitárias. É melhor chegar de táxi ou carro. É melhor não arriscar. A relação custo x preço é boa.

O atendimento foi bom, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A limpeza foi feita todos os dias que estivemos no hotel, a localização é bem central e o transporte é muito fácil. O quarto, como mostrado nas fotos e é muito espaçoso.

Não gostei da experiência neste local, suas instalações muito antigas, não possuem ar condicionado e possuem poucos funcionários, a instalação de luz carece de manutenção, pois não acendeu a luz no corredor principal. As fotos não são as mesmas que pessoalmente.A equipe do turno da noite não é nada simpática.Se você quiser que um visitante entre, eles cobram US $ 200, mesmo que a estadia seja de apenas 30 minutos. Você não pode inserir mais de 5 pessoas em uma sala, mesmo que eles cobrem sua visita.Eu não voltaria a este lugar.

No me agradó la experiencia en este lugar, sus instalaciones muy antiguas, no cuentan con aire acondicionado y tienen poco personal, le falta mantenimiento a la instalación de luz, por que no encendia la luz del pasillo principal. Las fotos no se ven igual que en persona.El personal del turno vespertino no es nada amable.Si quieres que ingrese una visita te cobran $200 a pesar que solo sea 30 minutos su estancia. No puede ingresar más de 5 personas en una habitación aunque te cobren su visita.No regresaría a este lugar.

La atención fue buena, el personal es muy amable y atento. El aseo se realizó durante todos los días que estuvimos en el hotel, la ubicación es muy central y el transporte es muy fácil. La habitación, tal cual se muestra en las fotos y es bien espaciosa.

Las instalaciones son buenas, en buen estado, limpias y la cama cómoda. Lo malo es que no tiene aire acondicionado, la ubicación, las calles oscuras y solas. Es mejor llegar en taxi o coche. Más vale no arriesgarse. Es buena la relación del costo con el precio.

El servicio desde mi llegada fue nefasto, apesar de que les notifiqué que llegaría en horas de la mañana al hotel, y recibí comentarios de que podría hacer el check in entre las 8-9 am, me estaban cobrando una noche más, para permitirme el asceso a esa hora, de acuerdo con losbiaticos proporcionados por la empresa, ese costo adiconal nose contempló, por lo que tuve que esperar para registrarme, tuve que dejar mi maleta en una esquina, expuesta, porque no tenían un lugar seguro para guardarmela, mientras iniciaba mi dia laboral en la ciudad, sin poderme vestir adeuadamente para mis compromisos. Al final del día, cansada, con ganas de ducharme, descansar y con un ligero dolor de cabeza, llego al hotel para registrarme,pero resulta que no pudía pagar con tarjeta, a menos que les pagara una comisión adicional. Lo que causó mucha más molestia para mi, y opté por no quedarme en el hotel. Con base en mi mala experiencia, NO LOS RECOMIENDO.

Lamento ter reservado aqui, reservei 4 quartos e quando cheguei eles só tinham 2 e uma cama, passei um tempo horrível, estava com calor porque acontece que não tem ventiladores suficientes para todo o hotel. Os intervalos são horríveis e para não mencionar os travesseiros. Na minha humilde opinião recomendo procurar outro hotel, existem muitos hotéis na região e com o mesmo preço

Felizmente, não experimentei nenhum dos incidentes que li nos comentários, parecia um hotel muito bom, peguei o quarto 319 e estava tudo bem, o único, mas seria que eles não têm fãs suficientes, fiquei 3 dias dos quais o último dia eu tive um fã. O atendimento ao hóspede é muito baixo, o cara da recepção deveria ter um pouco mais de tato e carisma. A partir de então tudo foi muito bom, se eu voltasse sem nenhum problema. 😊

Afortunadamente no me toco ninguno de los incidentes que he leído en los comentarios, me pareció un hotel muy bueno, me toco la habitación 319 y todo bien, el único pero sería que no tienen suficientes ventiladores, estuve 3 días de los cuales el último día tuve un ventilador. El servicio al huésped es muy bajo, el chico que esta en recepción debería tener un poco más de tacto y carisma. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy bien, si volvería sin ningún problema. 😊

Me arrepiento de haber reservado aquí, reserve 4 habitación y al momento de llegar solo tenían 2 y de una cama, la pasé horrible, pasé calor por que resulta que no tiene ventiladores suficientes para todo el hotel. Las gamas son horribles y ni se digan las almohadas. En mi humilde opinión les recomiendo buscar otro hotel, hay muchos hoteles por la zona y al mismo precio

First off when we arrived to the hotel I got a creepy impression because when we walked in the lights at the lobby were off! I wasn’t sure if it was closed or open. Secondly once in the room we found out NO AC!!! Make sure you read and not make the same mistake. I assumed all hotel have AC. Third no safe for valuables and when I asked the front desk clerk had no clue to what I meant and to top it off when i left the room and came back at night my key wasn’t working so i went and asked at the front desk why? Their answer was “well you have to leave your key whenever you go out, you are not supposed to take it with you” does that even make any sense????? Next I asked for ice and was told to get it from the bar and at that was charged for it 😡. Let’s not mention the beds that felt like plywood with an inch of foam. Lastly the overnight front desk clerk was rude and gave us a creep vibe and the area is not the greatest at night. The only plus was the price and in walking distance to China Town and the Mercado de Artesanias.

Eles me fizeram esperar 4 horas para arrumar meu quarto, porque não tinham serviço de limpeza. Ao solicitar uma solução, eles só me pediram paciência. Não consegui cancelar a reserva porque paguei com meu cartão e eles iriam me cobrar se eu cancelasse. Péssimo atendimento e atendimento

Pésimo servicio, nos hicieron esperar 4 horas para poder entregar una habitación a mi y al menos a 4 familias más , el personal de recepción nada resolutivo, los baños sin luz y más sucios que uno público. No volvería. Además que como es reservación no puedes cancelar o te cobran.

Very good balance between price and quality. Too good audibility, not the best neighborhood, but close to the center and Mexico Arena, where u can see the spectacular Lucha Libre show, if covid-19 will allow it

It's a fine hotel, done in an art deco design. Firm bed, hot shower. That's all I need. The neighborhood is industrial and really comes to life at night. Experience genuine Mexico! Easy access to subway, solid wifi. (It did drop for a few seconds every hour or do, but otherwise 20 megs.) The hotel is better than its surrounding, which is why it is so economical. I will stay again.

Terrible experience. I booked this as a last min thing! As soon as i arrived to the hotel it gave me a really bad impression. When i walked in the lights at the lobbywere off! I wasn’t sure if it was closed or open.. i checked in and walked to my room, the whole hallway smelled like tabacco, and again there was no lights on.I go in the room and thebed was hard, The floor was dirty, staff look annoyed, and to top it off when i left the room and came back at night my key wasnt working so i went and asked at the front desk why? And their answer was “well you have to leave your key whenever you go out, you are not supposed to take it with you”

To be honest, the price is great! For what you get. They could use a bed mat to make the bed more comfortable, wifi keeps dropping, and they could install a safe in the room. However, I like the large room, the Hot and great water pressure shower and there is an upgraded room with a shower AND hot tub. You wanna play GQ for a little while on a tight budget this is the shiznet! This place has potential and I hope they use my recommendations. I sleep on my stomach so its not bad.
