“Checked into my room virtually, even picked my room number. Arrived at the property and was told they overbooked and they sent me to a different hotel. I reserved and paid for 2 nights, but was told they would only give me 1 night and that I needed to figure out the rest. They then late canceled my reservation. Very unprofessional.

I have found out that I was charged for my original reservation and for the room they walked me too, with the newer higher price... They did not honor the covering of the first night like mentioned and increased the cost. I have paid for my room twice now.”

“Stayed here 2 nights to go skiing and loved it. Not fancy but nice, clean, and great amenities. friendly staff who were helpful at all hours. Great little kitchen in the room but the 24/7 coffee in the lobby was especially tasty. The hot tub is actually hot!! The pool is appropriately heated and neither was busy so we kinda had the place to ourselves. Would recommend and come back. Far better than AirBnB with all their fees. Added plus, there is a great Indian restaurant, a wonderful little coffee breakfast shack and a super Walmart that share a parking lot so lots of conveniences.”
