“I found the hotel to be of average quality. I was placed in a room on the second floor that was of good size, but had issues. First, the HVAC would not shut off. The unit continuously ran on AC. While welcomed in hot months, the room was a frigid 63. Second, the room must have been configured for a disabled person at one time, everything is short. When you are exceptionally tall this is an issue. It was not labeled as handicap. Third, the services were lacking. Food quality was substandard (gas station quality) and in five days room service never came by a single time. I had to ask front desk for towels and they dropped them just inside the door. So the pile in the bathroom were smelly on day 5.”
