“Para ser un Hilton la calidad y el nivel no me parecieron a la altura para nada. Hace tres meses me alojé en un hotel cercano con la misma cantidad de estrellas y fue mil veces mejor. Las habitaciones estaban bien, con muy poca iluminación y el mueble bar vacío. El baño tan pequeño que tenía el WC nada más entrar en mitad de la puerta y me tropecé varias veces. El servicio de limpieza eran muy atentos y amables. El servicio de habitaciones de comida era pésimo, cómo un hotel como el Hilton de 4 estrellas puede llevarte el desayuno en bolsas de papel para llevar? Por no hablar de la poca variedad que ofrecían de desayuno, y el zumo de naranja embotellado....Un amigo estaba en otra habitación y nos dimos cuenta de que había unas lentes de contacto de alguien que había estado anteriormente alojado en la habitación, y también unos pelos rubios sobre la almohada. Consideramos necesario reclamarlo en recepción, simplemente por informar de la situación ya que no queríamos nada a cambio. La chica que nos atendió en recepción actuó a la defensiva y no fue nada resolutiva con la situación. Muy mal trato, la verdad.Salgo muy decepcionada porque tenía grandes expectativas e ilusión por visitar este hotel. No volveré.”

“My original room had something black splattered above the bed, covered 4ft easily (photo of a section of it attached). I requested to change rooms.Get to my new room where the nightstand is covered in dried and sticky liquid. The desk is was also very clearly not cleaned. The bathroom has a hair in the tub and something else down the side… Photos attached. Do not stay here.”
