O quarto não estava limpo! o carpete era nojento dava para ver todas as manchas de sujeira. meus pés depois de andar estavam imundos. o chuveiro não parecia ter sido limpo. Queria dar banho em meu neto, mas decidi não fazer isso. porque havia mofo no ladrilho e espuma de sabão muito decepcionado .Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente, eu realmente gostaria de receber um reembolso

Pessoal absolutamente maravilhoso. O hotel precisa de atualização, mas eles estão fazendo isso em 2022. As camas são confortáveis. Excelente café da manhã, jantares não é ruim. É bom ter um pequeno bar lá. Seria bom ter um café disponível no saguão enquanto você se senta perto do fogo. Kleenex teria sido bom em quartos e lobby nesta época do ano.

¡La habitación no estaba limpia! la alfombra estaba asquerosa, se podían ver todas las manchas de suciedad. mis pies después de caminar sobre él estaban sucios. la ducha no parecía que la hubieran limpiado. Quería bañar a mi nieto, pero decidí no hacerlo. porque había moho en el azulejo y espuma de jabón muy decepcionado . No me quedaré aquí de nuevo. Realmente me gustaría obtener un reembolso.

Personal absolutamente maravilloso. El hotel necesita una reforma, pero lo harán en 2022. Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno es genial, las cenas no están mal. Es bueno tener un pequeño bar allí. Sería bueno tener café disponible en el vestíbulo mientras se sienta junto al fuego. Kleenex hubiera estado bien en las habitaciones y el vestíbulo en esta época del año.

The room was not clean! the carpet was disgusting you could see all the dirt spots. my feet after walking on it were filthy. the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I wanted to give my grandson a bath but decided against it. because there was mold on the tile and soap scum very disappointed .I will not stay here again I would really like to get a refund

Staff absolutely wonderful. Hotel needs updating but they are doing that in 2022. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast great, dinners not bad. Nice to have small bar there. It would be nice to have coffee abailable in lobby while you sit by fire. Kleenex would have been nice in rooms and lobby this time of year.

Ligou com antecedência para o horário da piscina porque estávamos dirigindo o dia todo e, quando chegamos lá, eles haviam fechado a piscina mais cedo. O funcionário noturno não foi muito amigável ou se desculpou (apenas desculpas).Fui na piscina na manhã seguinte, estava agradável e quente (75 °), mas a piscina e a área da piscina estavam cheias de folhas. Parecia que eles haviam destrancado o portão e considerado bom.O quarto era bom. Muito limpo. Grande pressão da água.

Llamé con anticipación para las horas de la piscina porque estábamos conduciendo todo el día, y cuando llegamos, habían cerrado la piscina temprano. El recepcionista de noche no fue muy amable ni se disculpó (solo excusas).Fui a la piscina a la mañana siguiente, estaba agradable y cálido (75 °), pero la piscina y el área de la piscina estaban llenas de hojas. Parecía que simplemente abrieron la puerta y lo llamaron bueno.La habitación era bonita. Muy limpio. Gran presión de agua.

Called ahead for pool hours because we were driving all day, and when we got there, they had closed the pool early. Night clerk was not very friendly or apologetic (just excuses). Went in the pool the next morning, it was nice and warm (75°), but the pool and pool area were full of leaves. It looked like they just unlocked the gate and called it good. The room was nice. Very clean. Great water pressure.

Esta es una propiedad excepcional con un personal increíble, el equipo de recepción comprende la hospitalidad y es el mejor. Si bien hay señalización más que suficiente y entiendo que es difícil para el personal del hotel hacer cumplir el uso de la máscara, el cumplimiento de la máscara entre los huéspedes es bajo, lo que lo hizo algo incómodo, especialmente teniendo en cuenta un solo ascensor.

Esta é uma propriedade excelente com uma equipe incrível, a equipe da recepção entende a hospitalidade e é a melhor. Embora haja sinalização mais do que suficiente e eu entenda que seja difícil para a equipe do hotel impor o uso da máscara, a conformidade da máscara entre os hóspedes é baixa, o que a torna um tanto desconfortável, especialmente considerando apenas um elevador.

Eles têm um restaurante e bar com boa comida !!! Pessoas legais com sorrisos trabalham aqui! Encontrei muitos lugares para caminhar, sentar e relaxar ao redor do hotel. Eu conheci "JR." a gata de ar livre, que é super aconchegante, uma simpática. Perus correndo nos fundos, patos, e o rio é lindo 😍

This is an outstanding property with an amazing staff, the front desk team understand hospitality and are the best.While there are more than enough signage and I understand it's difficult for hotel staff to enforce mask wearing, the mask compliance among guest is low, which made it somewhat uncomfortable especially given only one elevator.

They have a restaurant & bar with great food!!! Nice people with smiles work here! I found many places to walk, sit and relax all around the hotel. I met "JR." the outdoor cat, who is super snuggly, a nice. Turkeys running around out back, ducks, and the river is beautiful 😍

I did not actually stay here as I made a mistake when reserving online - got the wrong month :-( The gentleman behind the desk (9/29 eve) was gracious and helpful. Hotel was sold out, but he was able to find me another room in a nearby hotel. I made the reservation non-refundable as I knew I was leaving the next day to go there. I called the Redding Hilton Garden Inn today to see if I could get the charge recovered. Travis was extremely helpful and since the stay in error was so far out (10/27) he said they would not charge my card. Yayyy, thank you Travis!! BTW, I have stayed here in the past and it is a very nice hotel :-)

Wonderful place to stay in the Redding area. The Hotel itself is clean and in a great location. The staff are very pleasant. The only negative during our stay was the dirty Hot Tub, other than that we were happy with our choice

Actualmente nos estamos quedando aquí debido a la evacuación de nuestra ciudad. El personal es muy amable y comprensivo. ¡Desayuné esta mañana y fue la mejor tortilla que he tenido! Los camareros son increíbles e incluso comida empaquetada para llevarle a mi hijo. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y las camas son cómodas.

No momento, estamos hospedados aqui devido à evacuação de nossa cidade. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Tomei café da manhã e foi a melhor omelete que já comi! A equipe de garçons é incrível e até mesmo embalou comida para trazer de volta para o meu filho. Os quartos são muito agradáveis e camas confortáveis!

We are currently staying here due to evacuation of our town. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Had breakfast this morning and it was the best omelet I have had! The wait staff is incredible and even boxed up food to bring back to my son. The rooms are very nice and beds comfortable!
