Passing through Bordaux, this became a perfect overnight stop. New and fresh hotel with service minded staff. Car safely tucked away in the garage below the hotel. Restaurant was closed but picked one of the preparad dishes in the lobby, heated it in the microwave, suprisingly good. Great breakfast buffe with the basic stuff and a wide range of bread/pastery to chose from.

Excelente estadia de 3 noites neste Hilton. Hotel muito bem decorado e bem equipado, assim como o quarto (bem à prova de som). Todas as equipas (recepção, restaurante, limpeza, etc.) são simpáticas e acolhedoras. Pequeno-almoço buffet com uma grande escolha de salgados ou doces. O restaurante noturno não é exceção: escolha, bons produtos. Voltarei com prazer e claro que recomendo.

A little out of the way but decent hotel. The reason I’m giving only 3 stars is that the entire restaurant was closed for a private event for the night we were there. We had wanted to dine there after a tiring trip instead of going to the main part of the city. The hotel should have reserved a small section for hotel guests.

Not a good experience. We booked because it has on site secure parking but when we arrived there were no spaces. Very stressful, since we had a car full, on our way to see family. The hotel is in a very dodgy area and a good 45 minute walk to centre. We expected more luxury but the bathroom has plastic basin and the loo seat is cheap. The room very poorly lit, I could hardly see to unpack! There's no room service. The menu has 4 starters and 4 mains only, with a rotating day specials. Despite all this the staff were incredibly good and friendly. We will not use the Hilton again. There are better hotels for the same price.

Hotel muy bueno, falta un poco de idioma español pero se esfuerzan, gracias, desayuno muy bien, habitación, etc todo bien. Si hay alguna pega es no tener cerca el transporte público. Pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Hotel is a bit inconvenient for its location to get into the main areas of Bordeaux but the staff are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the premises. Right next door is a food hall with many different options for lunch and dinner. As usual, the room we stayed in was comfortable and had a very large bathroom.

Really nice and new hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable and modern and the restaurant was fantastic. One of the best restaurants breakfasts we have had. The only downside is location - it’s a bit of a walk to get to downtown and the walk is not through the best area. Otherwise, fives stars

El hotel es limpio, los espacios son agradables y el tamaño es más que suficiente. Se puede llegar a la zona turística caminando, lo cual toma aproximadamente 35 minutos. El personal fue siempre muy amable, llegue a hacer mi check in después de las 12 de la noche y no tuve ningún problema.

Fatal. Las ventanas del hotel no se abren!!! No tienen ninguna ventilación ni las habitaciones ni el pasillo. Peligro, que estamos con coronavirus. El personal muy lento y poco atento. Para utilizar el ascensor hay que pasar la tarjeta llave y no te lo explican. No volveré.

Muy buen hotel situado cerca de la estación de tren saint jean. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas. La calidad de Internet es bastante buena mientras el desayuno no podemos opinar ya que optamos sólo por el alojamiento estando en Francia es lo mejor para probar diferentes pastelerías muy ricas sin compromiso de horario.El aparcamiento es algo complicado,el hotel lo tenía completo,así que el primer dos pagamos como 4 euros para 2 horas,luego empezamos a dejar en coche frente al hotel donde hay un restaurante (salvo donde pone prohibido aparcar, los demás hay como 7 sitios para aparcar gratis sin problema) empleados de recepción muy amables y disponibles para cualquiera recomendación. La única cosa negativa es que solo hay dos ascensores para un hotel bastante grande (9 plantas) y por las restricciones covid sólo suben dos personas a la vez,así que hay que tener paciencia.

Lovely hotel but presently surrounded by construction. Staff were great so going back. Only thing I would say constructively is they do need to keep a better eye on the hot buffet at breakfast a 5min wait for bacon might not seem long but it like 1/2 hour when you are waiting. It is easy when the buffet is right in front of the kitchen to keep a wacht on the product levels. Do this for a 5star rating in my October visit.

Este hotel está ubicado a 20 minutos andando del centro de Bourdais y solo dispone de 17 plazas de aparcamiento por tanto tendrás que aparcar en la calle con un precio elevado.Es bonito y limpio muy cómodo. En la puerta del hotel se encuentra un local llamado La Boca Food donde encontrarás una restauración variada desde comida típica francesa, italiana, española hasta asiática.Muy bien ambientado.

Great room, clean and comfortable. There is a car park underground that you can book. Otherwise you can park in the nearby public car park. Easy access to the town centre (20min walk), but not in the best part of Bordeaux. Enjoyed the stay though.

Esta súper bien para el precio. Muy nuevo y limpio, y a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Además súper cerca de la estación de tren. Actualmente debido a las medidas el desayuno es bastante básico, por lo que no vale el precio.

El hotel está muy bien únicamente reseñar dos detalles, uno el mal olor que hay en el cuarto de baño y que sale hacia la habitación y el otro en nuestras 3 noches de estancia nos ha sido imposible dejar en coche en el parking del hotel lo dejamos en uno cercano que nos daba sensación de inseguridad. Por último indicar que tuvimos que hacer un depósito de 200 € en el momento de nuestra llegada para posibles gastos dentro del hotel cuando ya teníamos pagada la estancia, es la primera vez que me ocurre esto.

Lo que más me ha gustado de este hotel es su olor a madera y a nuevo. Las habitaciones son amplias, disponen de todos los servicios, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y plancha. En recepción son muy amables y ayudan en todo lo posible. La decoración del hotel es preciosa y cada esquina está cuidada hasta el último detalle. Aceptan mascotas. Dispone de parking por 12 euros la noche.
