Rooms were average but very clean. No view except a parade wall unfortunately from the 4th floor where we were. The location is within walking distance of lots of shops, restaurants, two stadiums, trendy walking communities, trains and much more. The place had no pool and parking was a challenge. Otherwise the breakfast included was decent and good selection. Overall a good stay in downtown Phoenix.

The Hampton Inn is a great hotel. We worked with Jeffery, Director of Sales who set us up with our wedding room block. I met up with him when I was doing a tour of multiple different hotel properties. He sat down with me and asked me about my wedding plans and gave me a tour of their entire property. I loved that he listened to me and made sure that I got all my questions answered about what they had to offer. He was very prompt in his responses and worked with us to get in family members too for last minute reservations. My family flew in from out of town and stay at the Hampton Inn for the wedding weekend. They really enjoyed their stay. The staff even let us use their conference meeting room to design posters and to practice our dance routine. We coordinated with the front desk staff to leave welcome goody bags for our guests. It worked out great and they enjoyed the nice surprise we left for them! They raved about your free continental breakfast as well! We highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable and affordable place to stay during a vacation or even a stay-cation in the heart of Downtown Phoenix.

Our flight was canceled and had to be rescheduled and the staff was amazing and extremely considerate! We didn't have our luggage and they were able to give us toiletries and waters without asking. And check-in was a breeze! Will definitely stay here if we are in Phoenix again.

Great place! Super nice rooms, great view of downtown! Excellent price. And the breakfast was amazing! Will definitely return next time I’m in Phoenix on business! I guess I accidentally deleted all the awesome photos I had from my room, but here is some from another hotel that isn’t as nice as the one I was in… and as a show of good faith…a random picture of my cat.

Sister and I loved our overnight stay here! Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was well decorated and very clean. Our room was excellent and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure & temperature were great. Super quiet in our room at night. Breakfast buffet was top notch and valet was so convenient and quick when we needed our truck. Great location to bars, restaurants and venues downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.
