“Booked parking and stayed the night before a 6:30AM flight. My wife is a Hilton Diamond Member and called and asked a lot of questions to make sure our plans were solid. Didn’t think about the possibility the shuttle would book up. Upon check in found out that shuttles were booked up before 5:30AM which obviously wouldn’t work for us. This made our stay essentially worthless and with a toddler we couldn’t Uber and had to figure out something else out the night before an early flight. Stressful start to a vacation.”

“Location is essential and this hotel has nothing close by. So if you don't have a vehicle, you are out of luck unless you Uber/Lyft. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. Free breakfast for all guest. Rooms are on the smaller size and a bit outdated. Small sitting chair, stained. King bed with 4 pillows (way too soft). Small t.v. Towels are very rough on your skin. Free breakfast for all guest.”
