Quarto estava limpo. Imelda na recepção foi extremamente gentil. Tínhamos esquecido alguns itens (viajando com 2 crianças pequenas). Ela saiu do seu caminho para nos ajudar. Lady executando a cozinha também foi muito bom!

Room was clean. Imelda at the front desk was extremely kind. We had forgotten a couple of items (traveling with 2 little kids). She went out of her way to help us out. Lady running the kitchen was also very nice!

Precisava de um lugar perto do Maryland Renaissance Festival que oferecesse uma cozinha e quartos tranquilos para casais. Hotel foi bastante isolado, mas perto de empresas locais. Nós amamos nosso quarto e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Estará de volta novamente.

Necesitaba un lugar cerca del Festival del Renacimiento de Maryland que ofreciera una cocina y habitaciones tranquilas para parejas. El hotel estaba bastante aislado pero cerca de las empresas locales. Nos encantó nuestra habitación y tuvimos una gran estancia. Volveré de nuevo.

Needed a place near the Maryland Renaissance Festival that offered a kitchen and quiet rooms for couples. Hotel was rather secluded but near to local businesses. We loved our room and had a great stay. Will be back again.

Escolhemos este hotel depois de cancelar nosso hotel "luxuoso", moderno e caro em DC devido ao mau serviço e à equipe visualmente estressada e rude (nem todos, mas basta um pouco de arruiná-lo para você) em DC e quarto extremamente sujo com vários linhos manchados e decidiu visitar a bela Annapolis em vez disso, pois era um dia lindo.Desconhecido para nós, foi o fim de semana dos pais do oficial novato em Annapolis (embalado em todos os lugares com famílias visitantes).Felizmente, conseguimos nos espremer no Hampton.O nosso quarto era limpo, que depois de ficar em 2 outros hotéis supostamente "melhores" (hotéis de 4,5 e 4,7 estrelas) que não estavam limpos, foi uma experiência bem-vinda. Tínhamos pisos limpos, lençóis, toalhas, banheiras, etc. um hotel muito sujo e "chique" em DC).Super prós: Café da manhã - Hampton inclui café da manhã. O lugar estava lotado de novos oficiais e suas famílias. Vimos apenas uma mulher no serviço de café da manhã. Ela trabalhou duro. Essa mulher merece um aumento ou deveria ser a gerente de treinamento de todos os funcionários do hotel! Ela encheu toda a comida o mais rápido possível (muitas crianças grandes/oficiais e famílias comendo pratos enormes), mantendo a comunicação com todos os convidados de maneira educada, alegre, sorridente e paciente (uma vez enquanto tentava reabastecer comida para uma fila de clientes famintos um senhor idoso estava se servindo na frente dela - ela o deixou pegar sua comida e conversou gentilmente com ele - seu comportamento calmo manteve o tesouro esperando calmo). Para o hotel- A comunicação com seus hóspedes é fundamental! E essa pessoa foi excepcional! Embora estivesse lotado e a comida acabasse assim que ela a trouxe, sua ética de trabalho e maneiras e comunicação (pequenos sinais ela saía com carinhas sorridentes fofas e toda vez que entrava na sala fazia anúncios sobre o que estava em andamento e o que ela estaria trazendo e quando e extras para as pessoas ou roupas plásticas recarregadas ou outras coisas assim que pudesse) e isso manteve todos calmos. Hampton poderia ter usado mais uma pessoa, pois eles ficaram sem água quente e café - mas ninguém reclamou, pois podiam ver claramente que ela não podia estar em todos os lugares ao mesmo tempo. Esse é exatamente o tipo de funcionário que você preza!Ela manteve tudo arrumado, limpo e servido tão rapidamente o tempo todo com um sorriso autêntico! Então, uma vez que tudo se esvaziou, vimos ela limpando o espaço de jantar e arrumando a sala e tornando-a lindamente apresentável. Neste dia e idade de trabalhadores auto-intitulados check-out - se eu tivesse um negócio eu iria recrutá-la no local! Todos os funcionários no local também foram muito agradáveis, sorridentes e excelentes em seus trabalhos. Passamos de insatisfeitos com nossa viagem a agradecidos por uma estadia muito agradável

Sem água quente. Banheira vazou. A rolha da pia não drenaria. Tomadas por telefone para uso de carregamento não funcionam. Café-da-manhã foi iogurte e Waffles. A mulher da recepção foi INCRÍVEL. Amigável, atencioso, engraçado.

Tudo estava relaxando, desde o lobby até o quarto. A pintura e a decoração do quarto eram calmantes. Havia até pufes na sala para sentar ou apoiar os pés enquanto calçava os sapatos. O edredom era extremamente confortável e o quarto era silencioso. Café-da-manhã foi rissóis, biscoitos e calda de salsicha, bem como o pão habitual e cereais. Muitas portas USB ao redor para ficar carregada. Definitivamente recomendaria!

Localização central para tudo na cidade. equipe amigávelOs funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores....cama confortável e quarto e banheiro limpos. Também foi conveniente para a nossa localização que estávamos visitando para reuniões de negócios.Quarto muito agradável com café da manhã, incluindo fazer seus próprios waffles regulares e de pão de banana.Eu preferiria re-reservar este hotel novamente .... Todo fue relajante, desde el vestíbulo hasta la habitación. La pintura y la decoración de la habitación eran relajantes. Incluso había otomanas en la habitación para sentarse o apoyar los pies mientras se ponía los zapatos. El edredón era extremadamente cómodo y la habitación era tranquila. El desayuno consistía en empanadas de salchicha, galletas y salsa, así como el pan y los cereales habituales. Muchos puertos USB alrededor para mantenerse cargado. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

We choose this hotel after cancelling our "luxury", hip and expensive hotel in DC due to poor service and visually stressed and rude staff (not everyone, but it only takes a few of ruin it for you) in DC and extremely dirty room with multiple stained linens and decided to visit beautiful Annapolis instead as it a gorgeous day.Unknown to us it was newbie officer parent weekend in Annapolis (packed everywhere with visiting families).Luckily we were able to squeeze in the Hampton.Our room was clean, which after staying in 2 other supposedly "better" hotels (4.5 & 4.7 starred hotels) that were not clean, was a welcome experience.We had clean floors, linens, towels, tubs, etc (yay!Can't believe that this needs to mentioned as a plus when you pay over $275 a night for a hotel, but we stayed in a hotel in Virgina that was dirty and a really dirty, "chic" hotel in DC).Super Pros: Breakfast - Hampton includes breakfast.The place was packed with new officers and their families.We only saw one woman on breakfast service.She worked her butt off.This woman deserves a raise or should be the training manager for every single hotel staff!She filled all the food as quickly as possible (lots of big kids/officers and families eating huge plates), while keeping up with communication with all the guests in a polite, cheerful, smiling and patient manner (once while trying to refill food for a line of hungry patrons an elderly gentleman was helping himself in front of her- she let him get his food and nicely chatted with him- her calm demeanor kept the waiting hoard calm). For the hotel- Communication with your guests is key!And this person was exceptional! Although it was crowded and food went as soon as she brought it out, her work ethic and manner and communication (little signs she out out with cute smiley faces and every time she came in the room she made announcements about what was in the works and what she would be bringing out and when and got extras out for people or refilled plastic wear or other things as soon as she could) and this kept everyone calm. Hampton could have used one more person as they ran out of hot water and coffee - but no one complained as they could clearly see she couldn't be everywhere all at once.That is exactly the type of employee you cherish!She kept everything neat, clean and served so quickly all the time with an authentic smile!Then once it all cleared out we saw her cleaning up the dinning space and straightening the room and making it beautifully presentable.In this day and age of checked-out, self-entitled workers - if I had a business I would recruit her on the spot! All staff on site were also very pleasant, smiling and excellent at their jobs. We went from dissatisfied with our trip to thankful for a very pleasant stay

No hot water. Tub leaked. Sink stopper would no drain. Outlets by phone for use charging do not work. Breakfast was yogurt and Waffles. Front desk woman was AWESOME. Friendly, attentive, funny.

Pleasant lobby & dining area... Nice hotel. Decently Spacious rooms. Location central to everything in the town. friendly staff The hotel staff members were very friendly and welcoming.... comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. It was also convenient to our location we were visiting for business meetings. Very nice room with breakfast including make your own regular and banana bread waffles. I would prefer to re book this hotel again....Convenient 👍👍👍👍👍

Everything was relaxing, from the lobby to the room. The room paint and decor were calming. There were even ottomans in the room to sit on or prop your feet on while putting on your shoes. The comforter was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was sausage patties, biscuits and gravy as well as the usual bread and cereals. Lots of USB ports around to stay charged. Definitely would recommend!

Este hotel pelo preço não vale a estadia. Está escondido atrás de um prédio de reabilitação de difícil acesso. A televisão não funcionou. Nosso quarto tinha uma porta que ligava para o quarto ao nosso lado. Acontece que podíamos ouvir tudo o que aconteceu naquela sala. Das 21h às 12h, tivemos que lidar com gritos e batidas de portas. Quando finalmente liguei, parecia que ele era um regular, porque sua resposta foi: “Eu prometo que estarei bem agora”. Em um ponto ele tentou a porta que eu estava feliz por ter trancado todas as portas. Na manhã seguinte, vimos o mofo na parede e até o papel de parede descascando para mostrar. A única coisa decente foi o café da manhã. Também tirei fotos do molde, mas não sei como postar.

Este hotel por el precio no vale la pena la estancia. Está escondido detrás de un edificio de rehabilitación de difícil acceso. La televisión no funcionaba. Nuestra habitación tenía una puerta que comunicaba con la habitación de al lado. Resulta que pudimos escuchar todo lo que pasó en esa habitación. Desde aproximadamente las 9 p. m. hasta las 12 a. m. tuvimos que lidiar con gritos y portazos. Cuando finalmente llamé, parecía que era un habitual porque su respuesta fue: "Te prometo que seré bueno ahora". En un momento probó la puerta y me alegré de haber cerrado todas las puertas. A la mañana siguiente vimos el moho en la pared e incluso el papel de la pared se estaba pelando para mostrarlo. Lo único decente fue el desayuno. También tomé fotos del molde, pero no sé cómo publicarlo.

This hotel for the price isn’t worth the stay. It’s tucked away behind a rehab building not easily accessible. The television didn’t work. Our room had a door connecting to the room next to us. Turns out we could hear everything that happened in that room. From about 9pm to 12am we had to deal with yelling, and door slamming. When I finally called down it seemed he was a regular because his response was, “I promise I’ll be good now.” At one point he tried the door which I was glad I locked all of the doors. The next morning we saw the mold on the wall and even the wall paper peeling to show it. The only decent thing was the breakfast. I also took photos of the mold, but don’t know how to post it.

Very nice room with breakfast including make your own regular and banana bread waffles. Pleasant lobby & dining area. Very helpful staff member at the front desk went out of her way to find a suitable phone charger for me when I had forgotten mine, & she was much appreciated.
