I absolutely loved it! This place will (hard) rock the costa. The pool parties are awesome and the restaurant food great (I had the chili burger). If you’re a music lover, you can’t ignore the legendary music memorabilia at the hall. Overall a great experience.

Magnificent experience, the whole team focused on improving the stay of customers. The pool service and the roof top are undoubtedly the best on the Costa del Sol. I recommend it to everyyone who wants to enjoy a few days in Marbella in a hotel with the best services. I will repeat.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel, Marbella and we will definitely be back. Check-in, room, food and hotel all together was awesome. Special thank you to Marina from the front desk who made sure our needs were met upon check-in. Our only con about this trip is that we didn’t book for a longer stay. Can’t wait to go back

We have being waiting so long to finally have a Hard Rock Hotel in la Costa Del Sol, and the wait was totally worth it. Great room, awesome facilities and the service 10 out of 10. Totally a Rock experience. Can't wait to repeat

Pool area is lovely and pool staff are exceptional. Hotel foyer is stunning and has men’s and ladies boutiques selling swimwear and jewelry. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. Rooms are a Little basic in decor although they are very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a little small But has a nice balcony. I’d recommend and stay here again

I had my booking cancelled by this hotel. I have now sent over 20 emails over a period of three months trying to reclaim my monies. Poor response times and weak answers. I have now threatened legal action and they have responded saying they will refund at the end of September as the department doing the refunds is closed. Disgraceful company to deal with - please be very careful before booking. I will be taking legal action against this company.

Had this hotel booked for nearly 2 years for my wedding to wake up today to an email from booking.com informing you’ve cancelled all my bookings without no explanation - great customer service 👏 No one book this hotel, they will cancel your booking without any hesitation and no information.

The staff are superb nothing is to much trouble we extended our stay and kept the same room. Pool area and hotel itself is stunning, well done to all and great for parking aswell. Local shop outside front of hotel very safe area.

The best thing about this place apart from a great location and a stunning hotel is the staff. Never have I been to a place where ALL the staff are superb, they can not do enough for you. The owners of this hotel you have a fantastic work force and I tip my hat to you all. Thank you so much.

The management and staff made our stay very special and we found the hotel excellent and high quality to make our anniversary special they upgraded us to a junior suite very roomy superb furniture and large bathroom. Not many hotels I can say gave us 14 nights of 5 star service when lockdown ends we will be booking 14 nights of excellence

I stayed at this hotel last week and my aftershave and brand new pair of trainers went missing out the room!! The manager told me the only people to have gone in my room was the maids but there was no way to prove anything so nothing could be done!! Absolute shambles of a hotel to have sneaky little thieves helping themselves to your stuff and doing nothing about it when you tell them! Dont trust anyone in this hotel bunch of trampy thieves! Dont stay here and if you do lock your stuff up even your trainers 👍🏻👍🏻 tramps!

It is a really nice hotel but the room was a bit dirty. There even was a cockroach in the room. They handled the situation well, but for the price that you pay for this hotel you are not expecting a dirty room. The lobby is really big and looks nice. So does the pool area.

And overall it is a beautiful hotel in a nice location but unfortunately they have staff members that are not very helpful and one particular fellow who worked at reception thought it was okay to make Max against my wife which she really felt offended and started crying in the premises when we asked for the manager the manager came and refused to look at CCTV and listen to witness is nearby they asked me to leave the hotel because they didn’t want to hear just be advised when going to this particular hotel they have also taking a large amount of cash from our debit card but thank God we have proof and now our bank is recovering the funds for us when also this issue was pointed out he come up with a lot of excuses saying it was a human error which is fair enough we except put over nine hundred British pounds for two cocktails two days later my bank called and told us that the same company has tried to take £76From our account again which the bank told us that this will not go in their favour on recovering the funds because a complaint of fraud was already logged with the bank so people Place God knows how many other people they have ripped off and treated with disrespect

Good but you need to pay for the real experience. The room + breakfast option is fine for a few nights. The waiters in the restaurant we're very attentive but the food was a bit less spectacular as we thought after seeing the luxury of the entrance. Same goes for the rooms, you need to pay extra for a better view. The pool was great, sometimes not enough chairs but only during peak times. The looks of the hotel are really good and you get to taste the rich life. Pretty decent experience, not bad but not fantastic either (if you have the simplest package). Besides that, everything was clean and it's really easy to get to the harbor by a underground passage, just a 5-10 minute walk.
