“I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay off the Strip, and I'm glad I did. The deluxe room was clean and comfortable. There were a good selection of restaurants. The happy hour at Chart House was excellent. The casino itself was not overwhelmingly big and Fremont Street is always exciting at night. You should expect to hear some noise from Fremont Street from your hotel. Parking for hotel guests is also complimentary. This is a great hotel if you're tired of the Strip and want to experience something different. I didn't have high expectations when I booked this trip and was prepared for staffing shortages, longer wait times, vendors closed, and no daily room service.However, I was very pleased with all the interaction I had with staff - from check-in and on the casino floor.”

“The lobby of the hotel is very beautiful and has several restaurants to offer. Plenty of casino tables and slots available. We stayed in the Carson tower, which at first seemed like a decent tower. After finally getting the room, we go to relax after a long flight while waiting for luggage. Shortly after relaxing, someone opens the door but doesn't walk in. We quickly gather the little bit of things we had and went back to the front desk. They were apologetic and gave us another room. This time the room was 2 full beds instead of a king. We called down to the front desk and asked if they had another room since we originally booked for a king, they were all out. So we stuck it out for the night since we still sisnt have any luggage. The next morning around 6, we went back downstairs to pickup our luggage that finally arrived. Once getting back in the room to freshen up we realized in the bathroom there was hair in the tub, in the sink, the vent cover was missing and dirt and dust was exposed. So back to the front desk we go. This time we get moved to the Rush Tower. Once you walk on this side of the hotel you can immediately tell that this was the newer side. From entering the elevator and having to use your key to get to your floor (which was different at the Carson tower). There was double sinks in the bathroom, a nice size tub that was very deep and a private toilet room. The only downfall for the shower was you had to stand exactly under it in order to feel the water. The room was very nice with a great view. They offered earplugs for the noise. It was just all around a better night's experience. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. They hold your luggage for you if your room is not available and they offer to bring to your room later. If you go stay in the Rush tower.”
