Stayed here after 2 less than stellar interactions elsewhere. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and clean and the breakfast for the 2 mornings that I was there was delicious and plentiful. Front desk agents are never present at the front desk, we have stayed here more than 4 times and this is the case EVERY TIME. We requested a handicap room for my father w stage 4 brain cancer and we’re told they couldn’t accommodate us. I honestly feel like a handicap room was available, they were literally too lazy to switch the room because the guy working the desk had a girlfriend sitting in the lobby with him. This will prob be the last time we stay here. Also, killed a roach in the restroom. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values their guest. I stayed here on a Friday night after a wedding. We did check in between 3:00-3:45 pm.We were missing an ice bucket, and there weren’t trash bags in the trash cans, which makes me think they had to rush the cleaning. They also weren’t able to honor our request for a high floor and the first floor ice machine was broken. We had a view of a wooden fence.Other than that, the hotel seemed safe and stylish enough. Bed was comfortable, good lighting in the bathroom, and it had everything we needed from a hotel. Our stay was $119 with taxes. I hospedado aqui em uma sexta-feira à noite após um casamento. My brand new Car was stolen from the property in broad daylight, no security even at night, cameras had a "blind spot" (sounds like someone knew exactly where the blind spot was) brand new car too, $40000 down the pocket. No compensation for our stay ($400-$500) (I get that it was discounted, but what if that happened to your brand new car) and no points offered for the car being stolen (titanium elite) at least that would have made me happy, just left empty-handed, I almost felt like I got robbed by the property, at least points would have been excellent, I still have not got an update from the police, the car is good as gone now. I definitely will stay at higher brand hotels from now on, but never at this location. Excelente hotel costo/beneficio, el desayuno es sencillo pero cumple lo que dice, instalaciones en muy buen estado y modernas.

Habitaciones bonitas. limpias.exepto el inodoro se veía sucio amarillo.todo bien.personal amable.la alberca agradable y de buena altura para todos.lo único es que por lo del corona virus ,dicen que no ay desayunos eso quita muchos puntos..tiene gym y la alberca lo único que vi no me puse a investigar. Solo son 4 pisos pero mi habitación tenia bonita vista.
