“We were stranded in Columbus from a rerouted and then canceled flight. Rooms were nice and clean, but expensive. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was not unfriendly, but after being in numerous hotels over the last two weeks on vacation where the front desks were awesome, these guys were lukewarm. There was no blow dryer in the room and I waited for over 15 minutes for the morning front desk staff to call and let me know if there was one in housekeeping before giving up and leaving with wet hair. However, I was thankful for the room and the shuttle driver was amazing!”

“This Fairfield Inn is located right beside the Columbus airport but, from the inside you wouldn't even know it. It's nice and quiet and you would never know there were planes taking off so close to you. The whole hotel was very neat, clean, well lit, nicely decorated, well maintained, and well staffed. The girl that worked the desk that night (10/04/2021) into the next day was named Danilla. Danilla is a bright light on a weary traveler's way and can't possibly say enough good things about her. She was so friendly and helpful and made each and every guest feel welcome. I was actually sad that on my mom's return flight home that we didn't see Danilla until we were actually leaving the hotel to head home. Our room had two beds that were soooo comfortable, we had no trouble getting a good nights sleep. The whole room, including the kitchenette and bathroom were nice and clean. They have outlets galore as well and I mean A LOT! Because this hotel was located at the airport, it also included free shuttle service to and from the airport. There is also parking all around the building for those that drive in themselves. There was a gym and pool area, both had towels provided for you. There was also a very nice outdoor patio area with a gas flame fire pit/place and plenty of comfortable seating. There's a comfortable, open cafe area to sit and eat your free breakfast in the morning or just sit and visit outside of your room. I took plenty of pictures to post of the hotel and all it has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!”
