“Tried to check in at 3:45 pm - was told that no rooms were ready even though check-in time was 3 pm. Told it would be a 30-45 min wait and sat in the lobby with two other parties until 5 pm before a room was ready. Messed up my plans. Staff unhelpful.”

“Proximity to freeway and stores, room with kitchen, swimming pool was warm. Did not get room that was reserved, lights went out in bathroom and above stove, furnishing showed wear,, room was very small as compared to what it looked like in picture, breakfast was bland.”
