A Beautiful low cost hotel. You pay for everything, water, parking etc. good looking rooms but you feel that you need to read everything because you will be charged for it. If you want to feel like low cost airline then the hotel is for you. Adding a picture that says everything

Beautiful luxury hotel with great food. Amazing breakfast. Excellently connected with the town's center. Service was a bit unorganized, but polite. Maybe it changed for better. 😊

The rooms were clean, nice, spacious, with decent commodities, with almost everything you would need there. We didn't find some slippers but had our own, and a little bit more light would've been nice, but this is just a personal preference. The breakfast was great, thumbs up for that, everything was fresh, and the personal was very kind and helpful. The location... It's not so close to town center and this is a minus, but on the other hand you have a quiet evening. We used our car for getting around so this time it was ok and considered. Take note that there is parking available, but it costs you and is a little overpriced maybe. The price for the rooms considering the position and what they offer, i feel it's ok compared to other bookings we had in Zagreb or other countries in recent years. As a final note, we loved it there, and if we will travel again in Zagreb, we will stay at this hotel for sure.

The room is beautiful, clean and spacious, with a good view. Air conditioning is perfect, I was thrilled to have both the tub and the shower im my bathroom, SPA is very enjoyable - I recommend using it in the morning or late hours as it can get crowded on afternoons. The staff has been exceptional, very helpful and always available.

It was a great stay that started with the chocolate cookie that was delicious, staff were very helpful and professional, comfy; clean, little bit noisy if your room is at the tram view but it’s not too bad.. the windows are not dimmed if you are a person who would strip in front of the window 😂 I only realized later on.. the toilet has a tub and a shower which is very convenient, iron and an ironing table.. coffee machine.. etc.. I only didn’t appreciate the night staff in the restaurant as he wouldn’t make coffee because he cleaned the machine at 9 in the evening.. otherwise it was great!
