“I normally don't write reviews, but the service I experienced was exceptional. I checked in earlier today and while on the toilet my door opened someone stepped in and quickly left. I checked everything was normal. I assumed it was security or housekeeping that simply made a mistake. But I did mention to the front desk when I went down stairs a few hours later. They took it very serious. First they were very aplogetic. Then to my surprise they brought me a meat and cheese snake tray along with more apologies. Then a short time later the head of security came to my room explained who it was and like I thought was a mistake. Then he showed me video of the housekeeper entering my room. I am very impressed with the service and have stayed here before and will again in the future.”
