“I stayed with my husband and children aged 7 and 10 for 2 nights and 3 days. It was comfortable and enjoyable. There was a brief problem with the room (but it was an important one), but the manager solved the problem quickly and accurately. He also showed the sincerity as a sign of apology. I am satisfied with the atmosphere of the traditional room and the clean facilities. It was amazing that there was a free program to take care of children and play with them, and I was grateful to Luna for allowing them to have a fun experience. For my family, who pursues a low-salt diet as a healthy diet, it was regrettable that the dinner buffet at the hotel was somewhat salty and sweet.”
