“Great location - within walking reach of the free tram zone stations and metros at Southern Cross Station. Southbank is also just a short walk across the river. The apartment was also beautifully furnished and were very clean with regular housekeeping and great facilities that work - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Staff at check-in were also friendly and great. Was so pleased with the place that I ended up extending my stay for an additional night. Read some comments about noise from the trains nearby, but honestly, I barely heard them as I had my windows (which were quite thick) shut.”

“Came here for a anniversary trip and they have been nothing but lovely ! Started with my first phone call with them, to being able to check-in and the wine they had left for us as a little gift. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a very nice view. The dishwasher wasn't working but for a 3 day stay not important. I guess it might be worth checking if you plan to cook a lot etc. The pool and sauna facility is simple and might need some renovation/upgrade but again, we didn't plan to stay at the hotel all day, so we didn't mind :) We were able to store our luggage after check-out till we had to leave for the airport at no extra charge. We would definitely come back here again. Thank you for our stay :)”
