“Hate to give a one star on Christmas, but how would they treat their costumers this way during Christmas. No room service, cleaning towels, no reserved rooms, downsize with no refund.
We booked 517 sq feet multiple rooms city view online for family trip and got a standard two king room. You at your own risk of not getting what you want if you booked through Expedia. They (front desk) said ‘we didn’t collect your money, Expedia did, you should contact them for the room you reserved’.’ ….. quote ‘we have no control over what they put for pictures and information. I got you two kings, that’s what we have.’’

“I have stayed at this property many times but cleanliness and attention to room preparedness has significantly declined. I stayed only one night this stay and found my shower floor was filthy including hair left over from previous guests. Also, the hotel utilizes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash wall mounted pump bottles. My shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. This hotel charges high rates and should be accountable for delivering service standards.”
