“Hotel muito cuidado do ponto de vista higio sanitário. Qualquer pessoa se sente segura quanto quanto à propagação do COVID. As comodidades são boas apenas lamento que as camas não estejam ao nível da qualidade do hotel.”

“A minha pontuação fraca, é referente apenas ao serviço de quarto! Tudo o resto correu bem. Fiquei alojada dos dias 13 a 15 do mês corrente, no quarto 731 - 7º andar. Bastante dececionada com as senhoras que foram fazer a limpeza ao quarto, deixaram um pano velho sujo pendurado na porta da wc, retiraram os produtos de higiene do hotel que estávamos a usar, nomeadamente, sabonete das mãos, champô e gel duche, e não repuseram novos. E para piorar, traçaram o cabo de carregamento do meu telemóvel. Lamentável esta situação para um hotel 4 estrelas no centro de Sevilha.”
