Rooms are basic but clean. No mini fridge or coffee maker. Shower has decent pressure and there is an air conditioner. Beds are firm, I find them quite comfortable. Hallways can be quite noisy. Front desk service is good, competent and friendly. The included breakfast is a bit of a joke. There's never enough, trays empty really fast but they are slow to refill. You wait and wait but all I managed was a small bowl of bran flakes, a banana and a black coffee. Would have made toast, but there was no bread. Would have had more fruit but guy in front of me cleared the tray so there was nothing left for anyone else. Overall it's a nice hotel with a great location.

Great hotel, very well located. Close to markets and convenience stores, and a 15 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast is good although not very diverse, but it’s free so well worth it. For those wanting different options, they have a (paid) la carte menu. Some reviews complain about the bar located right in front of the hotel, which can be a bit noisy during the evenings. To us, this was a definitely a pro, since the bar itself was very lively, with great options of food and drinks. Something to keep in mind however, if travelling with children or if you're noise sensitive. Rooms are very cozy and modern, and all staff from servers to cleaners are very friendly. Special thanks to Fatima (manager) who was very helpful during our stay. Definitely staying here again whenever back to PV.

Great hotel. Especially very nice and helpful waiter at breakfast, I would really like to know his name, unfortunately I didn't have time to ask him and I regret it. :( If it is possible please, I will be very grateful. (taller one) thank you! I am not in Mexico already so you are my last hope..Everything was great.

If you need a room to stay for one night and all you need is a bed to sleep in it's fine. It's clean but morning, I had no hot water, no face cloth to isr and no glasses to drink out of if you have your own drinks. Very basic but clean. The restaurant in front is of the hotel is cheap, fun and good if you want a local experience.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Advertised free shuttle but doesn't mention that it's only until noon. Advertised a suite but was told only a king standard room. Construction blaring next to the pool which is located next to a parkinglot. No sun past 2pm at the pool. Looks like IKEA in the rooms with no closet. The closet is literally a bar on the wall that is 12 inches long. The rooms smell terrible. They would not comp a cab even though they had no shuttle service.

I would like to start off by saying the view is spectacular. Located right in front of the Marina Terminal, you are able to watch the ocean, incoming cruise ships, and the sunset. It is conveniently located near major buses, stores, and restaurants. They prioritize cleanliness and kindly ensure you have a great stay. If you want an affordable location and would like to have extra cash for tours/food/cruises this is the hotel for you.

É na mesma rua do aeroporto. Tem também um vaivém. Há um bar restaurante ao lado dele. O quarto de hotel é bom. Os elevadores usam as chaves dos quartos do seu andar. Parece seguro. E você toma café da manhã. Bem cereais, frutas e café e outras coisas. Não é ruim para o preço.

It right down the street from the airport. It has a shuttle too. There is a restaurant bar right next to it. The hotel room is nice. Elevators uses room keys to your floor. It seems safe. And you get breakfast. Well cereal, fruit, and coffee and stuff. It's not bad for the price.

Excelente, agradable, personal sumamente amable, el costo es accesible. Las habitaciones son preciosas. Solo daría un poco más de atención a la limpieza de lugares menos transitados pero es lo único. Pero en general es perfecto.

Este hotel tem uma equipe excelente, extremamente limpa, agradavelmente localizada e com uma bela vista para a marina ou para a montanha, não importa. Tínhamos um pequeno assunto que precisava ser resolvido e foi imediatamente abordado por uma equipe maravilhosa. A segurança é de extrema importância! Desde a entrada do pessoal no hotel até ao uso de uma chave de cartão para o elevador. O café-da-manhã de cortesia foi ótimo! Recomendo e estará de volta!

Budget inn. Single room with good size bathroom. Breakfast included, without milk or spoons oddly enough. Coffee from a vending machine didn’t really start my morning off that well, the free shuttle to the airport did though ....

This hotel has a great staff, extremely clean, pleasantly located with a great view of the marina or the mountainside it doesn't matter. We had a small matter that needed taken care of and was immediately addressed by a very wonderful staff. Safety is of utmost importance! Right down from the staff entering the hotel to using a card key for the elevator. The complimentary breakfast was great!! Highly recommend and will be back!

I got to the hotel at 2:15 and knew I was early. I spoke with gentleman in the Lobby and he said my room would be ready in 1/2 hour. I came back a 1/2 later 2:45 and he said it would be ready shortly and he would call me. At 3pm which is their advertised check in time he left the reception desk. I waited until 3:15 and went to the reception and a gentleman told me my room would be ready in 45 minutes. I told him what the other reception gentleman told me. He told me maybe 1/2 hour. He acted like it was my fault and I was disturbing him. He said wait and he will call me. I went back at 3:45 and he was annoyed with me and told me to wait and he would call me. I am 70 years old and I had just driven 5 hours to get here. I was extremely tired. And getting very frustrated and not feeling well. It is now 3:46 and they are starting to assign rooms. There are lots of unhappy customers in the Lobby. At 4 pm they called my name and I was assigned my room. I got to my read through their list of Chanel I tried to get CNN. Which they say is Chanel 626.i finally found the CNN Chanel 57. Upset and rightly so.Sent from my iPad

Pros - clean rooms. Big comfy beds. Gym and swimming pool is nice. Location is good as it is close to the beach.Cons - The breakfast 🍳... really sad how a big hotel like this uses single use plastic plates, cutlery and cups. Decided not to eat the breakfast for that reason.
