“If I could rate this no stars I would. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff had no education in customer service. We booked a garden view room and they gave us a completely different room. The rooms they gave us were disgusting! The toilets were stained, the shower had no water, the AC did not work, and one room flooded! We asked the staff to help us out and change our rooms to the ones we booked or anything that was better than we got. All we got was run around they told us to come back to speak to guest services the next morning. TOMAS told us we were wrong in every thing we were saying he told us we have to understand we are in DR and that their hotel rooms were perfectly fine. He offended us plenty of times and told us to come back after 4 to get new rooms. Later that day we went back and the staff told us that our rooms were given away because we did not come at 4. So we were stuck with those rooms. I personally had to walk out in the public hallways in a towel because my room had no water. All the stuff in one room got soaked after the rain because of the horrible walls that were not fixed. We went to speak to guest services again and the staff told us there was nothing they can do and kept speaking to us in an unprofessional manner. So we stayed In the lobby until we received the help we needed. All the staff did was scream at us, call us racist and tell us they were not changing our rooms. They treated us as if we were not paying customers. WORST HOTEL EVER! THE MOTELS ARE BETTER THAN THIS HELL HOLE! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST OF THE WORST OF DR!”
