Minha segunda estadia no Hilton Athens foi durante meu aniversário, como cliente Honor Diamond estou acostumado com pequenos presentes em retribuição a minha lealdade, mas desta vez, fui surpreendido por uma carrinho no quarto,com frutas vinho e uma linda torta além de um carinhoso cartão de aniversario.Quartos executivos, terraço e vista deslumbrante Como cliente Honors Diamond sempre tive a sorte de receber upgrade (mediante a disponibilidade) para os quartos executivos, com terraço e linda vista para a cidade com a Acrópole ao fundo. Even though I knew that hotel was soon to be closed, I was disappointed with the service/price ratio. Full prices were maintained for barely half of the services. Misleading info about "some" renovations were also a big issue. The pool was not closed, it was demolished and turned into a construction site, as well as the whole ground area where pool, spa and gym should be. Some of gym equipment could be found at what I think used to be a suite. Executive lounge was closed due to covid but rooftop bar with full prices and in full capacity was all time open. Breakfast was great as usual but the supplement for the Acropolis view room was completely ridiculous since there was a huge construction crane working everyday right in front on my balcony...blocking the view until night hours. I'm still a Hilton fan but this whole experience was really insulting. Should have been closed earlier, when the first construction works started. It was like paying for Caesar salat and getting only lettuce with croutons

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel like family. The breakfast that they served was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. It is said that the little things make the difference, and they made sure to take care of the little things.

A fantastic hotel with the best views. The food in the rooftop restaurant was absolutely devine and the breakfasts were cooked to perfection. In the room itself, everything was easy to use and the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had. I would definitely recommend and look forward to being able to return.

One of the best Hiltons I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a diamond member we were upgraded to an acropolis view. They provided complimentary bottled water throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing in the hotel restaurant and the drinks and view from the Galaxy bar are worth a visit. A great value for Award nights. I’d recommend anyone coming to Athens stay at this hotel.

Great view of the acropolis, convenient location. Clean room and good breakfast. The only problem is the temperature of the shower water is unstable. It gets hot or cold from time to time without me touching the switch at all.

Hotel is pretty large and grand, with a huge reception area. Some parts are a little dated but most looks clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and attentive and you feel well looked after. It's not the cheapest place but the higher prices are justified

Very nice modern hotel in the middle of everything. Great views of the Acropolis. Very clean, attentive staff and great complimentary breakfast buffet. Hilton is the best.

Really really great experience, from check-in to departure. Felt extremely valued as a Diamond member - front desk staff upgraded our room without even asking. Front desk staff was polite and professional and gracious. Room was fantastic - get the Acropolis view!!! Several restaurants behind the hotel within a 5 min walk. Location is great, 15 min walk from the marble Olympic stadium and literally across the street from a convenient metro stop (the hotel is on the airport metro line!). Breakfast was good considering the pandemic (would have liked more options and more self serve) and pool is under construction. Otherwise... perfect. We were very impressed and very much enjoyed the visit.

my husband and I stayed at this hotel during our first trip to Greece and we had a very enjoyable stay! situated in a safe area between two metro stations, it was very convenient for getting around, although I quickly wished we'd stayed closer to Monastiraki Square as that's where we spent the most time. that said, this hotel was nice, if not a bit outdated. the breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar was beautiful, but do expect to pay quite a bit for a cocktail if you want to enjoy those views. the staff was lovely and helpful.

No words left..... Although that I am still staying a few more days, it got me too excited to write a review about the warm welcome we had at check-in and fully during our stay until now. Friendly and high quality employees all around, a big shout-out to the breakfast employee who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers too! Really big thumbs up for the whole team! ❤️

Muy adecuado para eventos, no tanto para el visitante privado, como muchos grandes hoteles falla en el detalle y peca de impersonal. Caro para comer y alojarse, solo destacaría tomar un cóctel en su terraza bar con excelentes vistas a la Acrópolis para lo que no es necesario estar alojado

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de estación de metro, del paradero del bus turístico y de los mejores atractivos de Atenas. El servicio es excelente, el personal de recepción es muy amable. El servicio de desayuno es inmejorable. Repetiría la próxima vez que vaya a Atenas

Súper caro y viejo. Nada moderno. Elevadores lentos. Pocas ganas de ayudar en la recepción. Pedí información sobre turismo en Grecia en el lobby y me contestaron que no tienen concierge por lo que no me pueden ayudar. La cerveza cuesta 10 euros y en el bar del techo el servicio es malísimo aunque la vista hermosa. No lo vale. Ni siquiera está incluido el internet!

Es un hotel tres estrellas; porque es cómoda la cama y limpio el cuarto. Pero el dasayuno normal tirando a malo, tiene solo dos frutas frescas siendo que estamos en verano y el resto en compota. El café es típico barato en una jarra, me parece patético para un hotel de supuesto nivel sea así. Lo peor de la situación es que no tiene wifi gratis, salvo en zonas comunes. No volvería me parece una tristeza total y un engorro la situación.

Muy buen servicio, el desayuno tenía una enorme variedad de comidas y varios jugos. Las camas y habitaciones en sí eran cómodas. El ascensor era rápido pero nisiquiera sentías la aceleración. La gente trabajando era muy amable y hospitalaria.

Hermoso hotel con todas las comodidades, excelente por todo!! Tiene dos piscinas, una al aire libre y otra cerrada, una más linda que la otra. Con una confitería en el último piso con una vista hermosísima!!!

Gran hotel, con la mitad de las habitaciones mirando a la Acrópolis. Además, son espaciosas y bien equipadas. Buenas instalaciones para eventos empresariales, piscinas exterior e interior y gimnasio.
