“A sharp downgrade compared to the past several years. The rooms start to show their age and the lack of proper maintenance/cost cutting.In my room the couch was simply torn, unacceptable in a hotel! The safe was not working in the room and there were several cleaning issues as well.Earlier the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport, they replaced it with a contracted taxi service, which sounds nice but you have to wait 15-20 minutes for it. They don't inform you in advance of this service so you are not in the position to leave enough time for it. Here I have to mention that the airport can be reached by a public bus in five minutes.The staff was rather rude, they told me it's "not their fault" if the taxi arrives late, not a proper answer I think. My advice is for you to skip this "service" and take the 175/188 bus instead or travel five minutes more and book the Hampton in Mokotów, a much better choice I would say.”
