“This place is better than paradise!!! The staff is amazing the service is amazing. All the staff works so hard to make sure your stay is the best. The rooms are air conditioned and clean everyday. The food is spectacular. They have activities for all ages. The only thing that I wish is I could stay longer!”

“It is a good resort. But there are some problems. Like my room key was not working. I would wait outside my room 15-20 min trying to open it and the struggle was going back & forth from the room to the lobby just to get the key fixed. When they sent someone to fix the door sensor that person said it was the key that was giving problems. When I went to the lobby they said it was the door sensor. It was crazy not to be able to get into the room without going to the lobby AFTER reaching my room. The lobby customer service even told me that something the key get deactivated from going near the pool. This was ridiculous to deal with.”
